Return and exchange policy inside 
Kuwait:
 The pieces detailed on the order are not returned or exchanged unless there is an error in the separation (different color – another fabric – another design)
 
 If there is an error in:
* Error in (chosen fabric / color / design): communication is done via private messages in Instagram to retrieve the suit and the full amount
* Error in (required size): Communication is done through private messages in Instagram and send a picture of the suit with the meter placed on it clearly showing the error in the sizes until you receive the suit and adjust it in the required time.
 
Exchange and return policy outside Kuwait:
 
– Similar to the policy of exchange and return inside Kuwait, with a difference in the method of returning the shipment:
 
First: Communication is done via Instagram to clarify the problem
Second: After making sure that the problem is correct, the piece will be sent by DHL to the same address from which the piece came.
Third: The shipping invoice is photographed and sent via private messages in Instagram so that we put it with the full refund amount.
 
Note: It may take 7 working days for the amount to be deposited into the bank account
